Terms of use

1. The website www.profile.vox.pl contains information about the product offer available under VOX and Vilo brands.

2. The "Marketing Support" section is dedicated to B2B customers and is available after logging in.

3. The "Project Support" section is dedicated to architects and institutional clients and is available after logging in to the "Architect" profile.

4. To gain access, fill out the form available after clicking the "Get access" button and select the appropriate user type.

5. After positive verification of the data provided in the form, the user will receive individual access credentials.

6. After logging in to the "Project Support" section, it is possible to download design files.

7. After logging in to the "Marketing support" section, it is possible to browse materials and create orders for selected materials.

8. The execution of each order requires confirmation by a dedicated VOX Representative.

9. The person placing the order receives a copy of the order and information about who confirms the order via email.

10. The VOX representative has the right to correct the order after consultation with the person placing the order.

11. The approved order will be directed for processing by the VOX Representative to the Customer Service Department.
